Insan College celebrated its foundation day on November 24, 2009 at a grand level. Governor of Bihar Devanand Konwar graced the occasion. Like his active participation in almost every field, DM Kishanganj Mr. Feraque Ahmad greeted Governor of Bihar with open heart, and played a major role in making the function successful.
