RTI Bihar: Performa for Application before First Appellate Authority

RTI (Right to Information) Act in Bihar is very effective like many states of the country. If the PIO (Public Information Officer) of any department doesn't reply the questions of the applicant within 30 days, then an applicant can submit an application or complain to the First Appelate Authority under section 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Application form can be sent in the following format with a fees of Rs. 10 either through IPO (Indian Postal Order) or direct submission of fees.
