The history has remained a witness to the fact that any war or struggle can’t succeed without the active participation of women. Referred by the unfortunate remark of “the most female illiterate district in India”, Kishanganj is going to do something historic in the shape of “AMU Special Centre”. In the day two of Symbolic Dharna our sisters and mothers came forward for the cause of AMU Special Centre in Kishanganj and gathered in front of District Collectorate. Amna Manzar (District Ladies President of RJD Kishanganj) had addressed the women gathering and appealed them to strive for the cause of AMU Kishanganj. The participation of women in the proposed 12th October, 2011 agitation in Kishanganj would surely shatter the pillars of Nitish self proclaimed good governance and it would bring the real face of ‘Vikas Purush’ before the world.
