DM Kishanganj Mr. Feraque Ahmad promoted to Special Secretary by Bihar Govt

DM Kishanganj Mr. Feraque Ahmad has been promoted to the post of Special Secretary by the Government of Bihar a couple of days back. Keeping in mind the excellent performance of Mr. Feraque Ahmad, Nitish Kumar led NDA government has promoted the DM, which is effective from 1st January, 2010. However, Mr. Feraque Ahmad got the conformation only 21 January, since then his well-wishers as well as colleagues are congratulating him, told the District Magistrate to media.
