Demanding Justice for the Victims of Fobesganj Brutal Police Firing
One and half months have passed but there is no sign of justice to the victims of forbesganj brutal police firing in which 4 innocent villagers including a pregnant woman and 6 months girl child were shot dead and 9 others were severely injured .The heinous and horrifying video clip jumping on the body of an injured 17 year youth (later dead)by the Home Guard Sunil Kumar Yadav is present on you tube.
All the culprit police officials including SP Garima Malik,SDO and S.H.O are roaming free and doing their Job .No action against them by the Neetish Government Yet.No compensation to any of the victim by the State Government till the date.
Three FIR'S against 3000 villagers under sections of 302, 307, 348, 27 of Arms Act etc is registered by the Forbesganj police. NO FIR against the culprit police officials registered yet.
Family connection of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi with the culprit Factory Owner is also working in the case.
