It seems the ‘wheel of fortune’ is about to reach a better place for the educationally backward and least female literate district of Kishanganj and Seemanchal area. After sharing the news about two youths of Kishanganj district, namely Silky Satya and Saquib Anwer, here is another big news to chare for all. Now the new youth from Kishanganj belonging to Surjapuri community is Nusrat Perween, who has created a record in itself by cracking the AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Exam 2012) with main subjects Architecture and Planning (B.Arch). Nusrat is the first girl from Kishanganj district and Surjapuri community to qualify the B.Arch test conducted by CBSE (Central Board Of Secondary Education). This is really great that in her very first attempt Nusrat has cleared the premier test conducted for Bachelor of Architecture and Planning. She has secured 24, 235 position in All India Ranking under General Category and 407 position in State Rank (Bihar) in General Category.
Referred as an Artist & Architect by nature by her family members, Nusrat Perween is daughter of Mohammad Zafar Hasnain, a teacher in Bihar Government Middle School. She has completed her matriculation from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyala (JNV) Kishanganj with 1st Division in 2010. Further she continued her education in JNV Kishanganj and passed the Class 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam with 1st Division this year. Her parents belong to Ghurna Village in Kochadhaman Block of Kishanganj. Currently the family is settled in district headquarters of Kishanganj at Friends Colony near Insan School. Interestingly, Nusrat’s elder brother Mohammad Shah Firoz himself is an architect (B.Arch) from Aligarh Muslim University and currently runs his own company in Dubai (United Arab of Emirates).
Nusrat has made the entire Kishanganj and Seemanchal proud with her achievement. Her feat will surely encourage the girls of the area to prepare for such premier tests and thinking about the career in contemporary fields especially like B.Arch.
