The ‘Queen of seven sister states’ Assam is burning and Muslims are brutally killed by the Bodos. It seems the flames of neighbouring Burma (Myanmar) riots have reached to the state of Assma in India. The law and order situation in Muslim dominated districts of Assam like Kokrajhar, Baripet and Bongaigaon are totally out of control. NDTV – one of the most reputed media organization of the country had tried to bring the issue in national notice with its talk show ‘News Point’ hosted by Abhigyan Prakash. The talk show was joined by experts like General Bakshi, UDF MP Badruddin Ajmal and Kishanganj MP Maulana Asrarul Haque.
For the first time Maulana Asrarul Haque was invited in the talk show for such critical issue. Maulana Asrarul Haque is having good understanding of the Assam issue and he has shared the historical background. Plaudit goes to Kishanganj MP as in the start of talk show to anchor Abhigyan Prakash that he is appearing for humanity as a common person not as a politician. In fact, Maulana Asrarul Haque went against his own party (Congress) for negligent approach towards the mass-massacre.
