Outlook India ranks US President Obama as ‘The Underachiever’

0
In a Tit-for-Tat step on US based TIME magazine for ranking Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as an ‘Underachiever’, India’s one of leading magazine Outlook has ranked US president Barack Obama as an ‘Underachiever’. The cover story published with the heading ‘The Underachiever’ says ‘America needed a reboot – he promised hope and change. Four years on, President Barack Obama’s sheen is gone. Can his lofty rhetoric carry him home again?’

The Cover Story by Pranay Sharma, Ashish Kumar Sen and Seema Sirohi has brought the factual account about journey of Barack Obama as President of United States. The leader of Democratic Party has made the sensation worldwide with his speeches during the Presidential election campaign and after a thumping victory in the year 2008. However, in a short while his charisma went on diminishing and people have almost forgot him for his unique charm.

Soon after being elected as President of United States, Barrack Obama was rewarded with Nobel Peace Prize. Today the economy of US is dwindling and it is under huge financial burden. Although the Outlook Magazine has published the story ‘The Underachiever’ in order to take a dig on US Magazine TIME for its unpleasant analysis about PM Manmohan Singh, but the analysis about Obama is absolutely correct. Best thing at least a media organization stood up to show the western world its real face and brought the truth before all. Hats off to Outlook India and its Editor in Chief for playing its pro-national role.
