The Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) has taken a customer (user) friendly initiative and has set up a helpline number 9430807821 / +919430807821 / 09430807821 for its consumers to register energy related complaints. With this new initiative the state electricity board (BSEB) has advised its consumers to register a written complaint with their division concerned and call up the given helpline number if no action is taken within 15 days.

The helpline number 9430807821 will enable the consumers to log various types of complaints such as the rectification of energy bills, meter reading, non-receipt of energy bills, problems related to online payment on the official website of BSEB www.bsebbills.org, inability in getting power connection, delay in replacement of faulty energy meters, information pertaining to line faults due to snapping of transmission wires or replacement of burnt transformers.
Note: Consumers can call on the helpline number 9430807821 between 10 am and 5 pm from any part of the state on all working days.
