The Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi has issued a notification to recruit 100 Urdu Teachers (TGTs) under the scheme of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The teachers will be recruited purely on contract basis at the consolidated salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month without any extra allowance. The desired qualification is BA (Hons) in the Modern Indian Language (Urdu) concerned or BA with MIL (Urdu) concerned as one of the elective subject with one additional language or one school subject at degree level Or Equivalent Oriental Degree in MIL (Urdu) with English in Matriculation, B.Ed / Sr. Anglo Vernacular Certificate. Knowledge of Hindi is essential.
