Replying to the letter of MHRD dated April 16, 2012 the President's Secretariat Joint Secretary Barun Mitra had guided the ministry of Human Resource & Development to obtain the views of the Law Ministry to proceed ahead regarding AMU Kishanganj without awaiting further directions of the Court.
