World famous orator and director of Super 30 Dr. Anand Kumar to deliver a career-focussed lecture at erstwhile Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in the month of August. Mohammad Aslam, president of Human Chain, a Delhi based non-government organisation informed about the Kumar’s lecture after meeting with AMU Vice Chancellor Lt. Gen (Retd.) Zameeruddin Shah. As per wish of Dr. Kumar to deliver a lecture in the university, a delegation of Human Chain comprises of its president and members Mohammad Sarwar Alam, Mohammad Mansoor Alam, Naved Shamshi and Zeeshan Shaheni met with the Vice Chancellor. The delegation discussed the proposal of conducting Kumar’s lecture in the university premises, which in turn was warm-heartedly accepted by the Vice Chancellor and tentatively allowed for the month of August. Lt. Shah quickly forwarded the proposal to the concerned department in order to making essential arrangements for organising Dr. Kumar’s lecture at university’s Kennedy Auditorium.

In fact, AMU VC lauded the efforts of Human Chain for taking such initiatives which would be very fruitful for students enrolled in the university, said Mr. Aslam. It should be noted that Human Chain is a non-profit organisation formed by the working professionals belonging to Seemanchal region of Bihar and presently based in Delhi & NCR region. Dr. Kumar shares a good rapport with the organisation since long time and delivered a couple of lectures under its banner at Kishanganj (Bihar) and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) in New Delhi that remained very successful. The lecture at AMU shall be organised as a part of Dr. Kumar – Human Chain pact, and the members of the organisation namely Dr. Khalid Mubashshir and Tauquir Alam are quite optimistic with the proposed programme and all set to make it successful, mentioned Mr. Aslam.
