When we think about Policing and its ways, we usually think about Action and Protection. However, Extraordinary Situation demands Extraordinary Response which requires Police to go beyond protection to ensure Prevention. Pandemic such as Covid-19 has turned Policing into a Rescue Operation, aimed at Saving Lives and Rescuing the Humanity.
We understand and underscore the value of human life and its basic need such as food and shelter. At the same time we also recognize that what they get is not because of pity but because they have a right to life with dignity.
We bring out the Humanitarian Angle while doing the necessary yet Strict Policing. We have tried to go beyond being just warriors and have endeavored to become Preventers and Protectors.
