Mohammed Azhan, a resident of Punas village under Kochadhaman Block of Kishanganj has brought the Seemanchal region into Global map. In fact, the achievement of can encourage the students and youths to make a foray in software development at an early age. Currently pursuing B.Tech from prestigious Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) Mr. Azhan has won the Regional Level Developer Circles Community Challenge hosted by Facebook. A delighted Mr. Azhan said that he had participated in the competition along with his friend Mohammad Ahmad, who is also pursuing B.Tech from JMI.
Adding further details Mr. Azhan told Developer Circles is a global network of local communities, designed to help developers develop skills, develop ideas, and boost their careers. They invite participants to go one step beyond creating software solutions by creating tutorials on the code they have created.
The Facebook Developer Circles Community Challenge is a great opportunity to connect, learn, and build together. Out of the 2422 Participants/Teams from all over the world, there are a total of 21 teams (Top 3 teams from 7 regions all over the world) who have been awarded Globally for giving contribution in the software development for Facebook. Right now each winner team has been awarded $2,000 (US Dollar 2,000). Also, the regional winners will contest at Global Level for which the prize money is $10,000 (US Dollar 10,000).
Mr. Azhan expressed his willingness to guide the youths aspiring to make a career in software development and also guide them to participate in Global Coding/Software development challenges.
