India feel proud in claiming itself a developing nation and running neck-to-neck with the developed countries. Sadly the development is going on only in metros and big cities. Still the 70% of India's population that lives in remote areas or villages are devoid of such development. Kishanganj is one such unfortunate place, where development is still a big dream and legging behind in various fields such as education, employement, communication, health etc.
Below I am sharing some eye opening photos that would perhaps turn down the attention of the Centre (UPA) government and Bihar government as well. By seeing these images one can understand, how much Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana is effective, still many villages of Kishanganj doesn't have concrete roads and bridges on the river.

Dear Mudassir,
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your endeavour to highlight the plight of our people in Kishanganj.I like to advice you that you should also write some articles on the founder of Mahananda Bridge and many bridges, roads, electricity and many more contributed by Janab Rafique Alam Sb.Why we forget him who is actually responsible for the true development of present Kishanganj.
