All IZZ Well? NO, no.... not so well in Kishanganj

5
Kishanganj is our native land, our beloved district, and much more. We always make such claims and try to show our deep love towards our home district Kishanganj. Seating at any nook and corner of the globe, we remember Kishanganj and its unparalleled natural beauty at least once, twice or many times daily. Frankly speaking, each and every one belonging to Kishanganj wish to do something for the welfare of the district and its people. And many of us are also serving the district in many ways such as providing financial support to some weak families for treatment and other necessary things, funding education of poor but sincere students, providing financial support to madarsa and school going children, etc.

However, on the other hand a fair portion of educated people that is earning good money, don't have interest in such activities. In fact, this particular section can be seen in making big claims about Kishanganj and its welfare, but when comes to ground realities all promises seem false. Despite being one of the finest places on the earth to live-in, Kishanganj is battling from various problems since Independence. Fact is that, there are countless problems but due to political negligence such issues never get solved.

Being a responsible and educated citizen of Kishanganj, we should at least come forward and apply our brains to solve out the solutions of some big issues like corruption, illiteracy, poverty, poor health and sanitation condition. I personally feel, being a person from media field I can bring the issues on notice of the concerned authority as well as state and Central governments. Similarly, people from medicine and social work fields can tackle health related issues and keep a vigil eye on modus operandi of health centres and hospitals of the district. People from management, law and other fields can monitor the corruption related to various issues such as electricity, communication mode (roads), water supply, etc.

On the whole, we just need to generate vigor within ourselves and work effectively to bring Kishanganj on right path. Most importantly, "Human is a Social Animal", if we believe on this quote, we should come forward and try to contribute our district at our levels best. Because, enchanting the popular dialogue 'ALL IZZ WELL' from AMIR KHAN's latest flick "3 IDIOTS" is very easy, but when in real life things become tough.

Last but not the least, I request you all to come forward and at least take one responsibility to make Kishanganj a prosperous place on earth. Together we can make a huge difference Insha ALLAH.

1 - Over bridge construction on highway: - i can see work is still pending ...or the progress is not up to the mark. God knows when it will get completed. People are witness so many accidental death due to the construction since last 10 years .....
I really appreciate and congratulate Mr. Feraq Ahmad that he has managed kishanganj administration very beautifully and has driven progress rate into a magnificent level. I expect more initiatives are to be taken, and stringent action should be taken against those people who obstruct the progress.
Through this blog i want to convey this message to our district magistrate that in kishanganj some land mafias are mounting, even they don't care purchasing Bihar government land so please keep track on them and their activities.

  4. Dear Anonymous thanks for commenting on the articles. On ur first question I will say of course, Tea Industry is existing in KISHANGANJ but it is helping capitalist rather than common people. Still being in Kishanganj, it seems the tea industry is an alien for the district. On the second question I will say, your view is correct. Kishanganj is battling with corrupt peoples at village level that can go to any extent for their personal benefits. But I raise a question, who is responsible for selecting such representatives. Of course, we are responsible, because we select them.
