On January 5, 2010 (Tuesday), Mr. Feraque Ahmad called an important meeting on dismal state of electricity in Kishanganj district. As a part of his weekly routine, following continuous complains from the people of district, Mr. Feraque Ahmad called the meeting at his office in Kishanganj.

On January 5, 2010 (Tuesday), Mr. Feraque Ahmad called an important meeting on dismal state of electricity in Kishanganj district. As a part of his weekly routine, following continuous complains from the people of district, Mr. Feraque Ahmad called the meeting at his office in Kishanganj.The meeting was led by Mr. Feraque Ahmad, and attended by key officers of the Electricity Department including Executive Engineer of the department. Mr. Feraque Ahmad discussed how to cop with the problem of irregular electricity supply to people of the district. In fact, Mr. Feraque Ahmad has given strict guidelines to Executive Engineer regarding the poor performance of the department and given fixed deadline to improve the service. Further, Mr. Feraque Ahmad gave strong warning to the Executive Engineer. Mr. Feraque Ahmad said if the Executive Engineer failed to fulfil his responsibilities and maintaining good service, the latter would be put into ‘Black List’, and strong action would be taken him.
On behalf of Kishanganj and its people, I would like to thank Mr. Feraque Ahmad for his quick action against the negligent department and its officials. Hope the department will work effectively and people of the district will get electricity properly.

ReplyDeleteDear Anoymous, you are right the position of electricity is becoming worst day-by-day. I think common people of Kishanganj should now wake up and protest against the department and concerned authority for getting proper service..
