Mamata's Budget unpleasing for Bihar: Kishanganj gets a couple of trains

0
As expected due to the cold-war between the Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, the Union Budget for 2010-11 is not pleasing for Bihar. Mamata's Budget was mainly focussed to West Bengal and she announced many new proposals for the state. She didn't left the Golden opportunity to grab the people's attention for upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections.

Meanwhile, Kishanganj get a couple of trains in this budget including Kishanganj - Ajmer Express (Weekly), and New Jalpaiguri - Amritsar (Weekly) Unreserved Train via Katihar. When these trains will be introduced it is a big question, because Mamata Banrjee has failed to start Anand Vihar (Delhi) - New Jalpaiguri Express that was announced during last budget.

On the whole, a Union Minister should have broad approach and equal attention towards all parts of the country. People of Bihar have nothing to do with Lalu or Paswan, all need proper development under the democratic setup of India. If people will be marginalised on the basis of region (state), it is not a good sign on behalf of the India's unity..
