As per feedback of Ekhwan Ahmad on KishanganjBihar.com, we have received below details about the Saturday scuffle at Kishanganj Railway Station in which Tafheem Rahman, younger brother of Kochadhaman MLA Akhtarul Iman got badly injured.
What happened that day in words of Ekhwan Ahmad, "Tasawwur Alam with 7-8 boys went to Kishangunj Railway Station to board North East Express.They could not board the train and went to cancel their tickets.When they were coming back from the cancellation counter the disturbing elements in that area looted and attacked them. Tasawwur with other people went to M.L.A. Kochadhaman Akhaterul Iman. After listening to their grievances and seeing their swollen faces Mr. Akhterul Iman sent with him, Tafheem, his younger brother and Saheb Anwer, another person to lodge a F.I.R with Railway police. While they were on their way to Railway Police thana, Tasawwur recognized one of the faces who looted them and told Saheb and Tafheem about it. Saheb went to talk to that guy and in the process heated exchange took place which led to an attack by 5-6 goons on Saheb and Tasawwur. Tafheem then went to calm the mob and shout for police help. In the meanwhile a crowd of 25-35 drunk goons standing there attacked three of them full on .Police reached the spot too late that too without uniform or ID cards."
I THINK KISHANGANJ RAILWAY STATION IS AMONG THE WORST TICKET COUNTER IN WHOLE INDIA WHERE GREAT NEXUS WORKED.SO CALLED WHITE COLLAR DALALS REALLY DETERIORATE TO LARGER EXTENT.EVEN IN NON PEEK HOURS THEY MOVE.IT SEEMS THREE COUNTERS ARE BEING SOLD IN TATKAL HOURS AND NO ONE DARE TO STAND FIRST.
