Mr.Ahmad Ashfaque Karim, Chairman Katihar Medical College (KMC) speaks during Seemanchal Education Conclave which was organised by Human Chain on October 31, 2012 at Town Hall in Kishanganj. The conclave comprised of two parts - first the competitions among the schools and madarsas of Seemanchal. The second part was seminar with the topic "Educational Upliftment of Seemanchal" in which key speakers were Manoj Kumar, SP of Kishanganj, Ahmad Ashfaque Karim, Chairman Katihar Medical College, Feraque Ahmad, Retd IAS, Maulana Asrarul Haque, MP Kishanganj and Mohammad Aslam, President Human Chain.
