This is a general information regarding a 15-years-old boy, Shibu who is belonging to Kishanganj District. Like the usual trend of earning livelihood outside Kishangnaj, the boy also moved towards Hyderabad, with his elder brother. However, his brother left him in Hyderabad and moved away. The boy Shibu in search of work reached to Kochi in Kerala. As he reached the Ernakulam Railway Station he was picked by the railway police and handed over to Don Bosco Kochi.
After lots of effort Shijo Kuriakose, Coordinator of a Project named Missing Child Search and Home Link run by Don Bosco got my phone on KishanganjBihar.com. He contacted me over phone and later sent me mail with details of boy. Don Bosco Kochi wishes to send back the boy to Kishanganj, as in Kerala it is not allowed to give any employment to minors who are below 18-years-old.
I also talked with the boy and discussed the matter with Mr. Raghib Anwar, Regional Coordinator, Operations, Don Bosco (DB Tech) who hails from Kishanganj. Based on the telephonic conversation of Mr. Raghib Anwar found out below information.
