#SettheAgendafor2019 is a unique initiative taken by Dr. Mumtaz Naiyer, Scientist with University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. Since past week Dr. Naiyer, a resident of Thakurganj region of Kishanganj is running a online campaign on Facebook with the placard highlighting the major issues of the district. Although it's a very simple kind of campaign but it is very meaningful and hitting the right chord.
Dr. Naiyer has given the hint for setting the Agenda with following major issues:
1. AMU Centre Kishanganj
2. Mahananda Basin Project
3. 200 Bed Multi-speciality Hospital
4. Improve condition of primary, middle and high Schools and government funded madarsas. (Ensure six periods of teaching working day)
5.Improve condition of existing colleges (Infrastructure, more seats, more teachers / staffs, Library and exams on time)
6.Improve condition of primary health centres and Hospitals (DOTS in every block, ICTC in Kishanganj)
